• It's important to arrive 30 mins. Before your program, remember you’ll receive a short briefing before your swim
• For safety reasons, pregnant women (5 months and up) can’t participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form
• Adults aged 60 to 79 years: May participate in all programs, including all Dolphin rides, provided they are autonomous, have no medical or mobility issues, and know how to swim.
• Adults aged 80 years or older: May only participate in the Dolphin Encounter. Participation in other interactive programs is not permitted.
• Please refer to the children's policy in the Frequently Asked Questions section.
• If you have any health or physical disability, please contact our call center before you make your reservation so we can provide full information about our services
• Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and marine species
• Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
